I’m Viradj Ramlochan Tewarie, an information analyst focused on how policy, data, and complex systems meet in practice. I work on clarity: turning ambiguous rules into decision logic, and making assumptions and data definitions explicit.

The work is shaped by a sociological lens on institutions and incentives, especially where definitions and governance determine what can be seen and decided.
